First time user found service to be excellent driver was very courteous price was good
They took us from the LAX cruise port to LAX. Our driver was on time, courteous and a good driver. I would recommend using prime time anytime you need a shuttle service in the Los Angeles vicinity.
Today waited for a hour in half for my shuttle at the airport. I will now try to find other sources of transportation to and from the airport.

These guys are great, I use them all the time, very reasonable prices, great service and you can track them on the computer to see here there at.
At LAX after finding the agent I waited 30 minutes for pickup. This wait was predicted when I made my online reservation. My shuttle trip was long as the driver had dropoffs from Century City to Beverly Hills to Hollywood to Studio City and finally Burbank (me). I didn't mind too much as I got to see parts of LA I rarely visit, but if I had been in a hurry, I think scheduling dropoffs grouped in the valley would be more efficient. My driver was proficient and courteous.

LAX is always a nightmare, and Prime Time is one of the easier solutions to getting to a hotel or cruise terminal. Having the option of renting the van private for a few dollars more was super great. No stops - just got onboard and off we went. I recommend to anyone with 4 or more passengers to go for the private shuttle service, unless you have a lot of time. Finding the Prime Time check in agent in Terminal 1 at LAX was not so easy, but once we located it - we only waited 10 or so minutes for the actual shuttle.
The driver and timeliness of the pickup and ride were excellent, but the van's shocks were shot making the ride bumpy and noisy, leading to my rating.
We were a party of nine who used the shuttle to go from John Wayne Airport and return during a busy Spring Break. We loved the price of the van but loved the service, promptness, and congeniality of the drivers more and the booking staff, as well. They went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met. I would recommend this shuttle service anytime to anyone!
