The worst ...... Very late ! What's the point of using a service that can't keep schedule. I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.

Excellent service...handled everything so well despite so many road closures on da way to da LAX Airport ..n kept us updated every step of da way..n getting us to da airport well before time!!..very impressed with da driver. Highly recommend this shuttle service!
Having used Supper Shuttle for years last night I tried Prime Time from LAX to my home in Los Angeles. When making a reservation with the curbside representative I inquired about payment and was told the driver would take my payment. At Super Shuttle the driver has direct access to the take a credit card or debit card and the passenger's name is registered in the driver's system. My complaint about this trip through LA to the San Gabriel Valley was that the driver made very jerky stops and starts in bumper to bumper traffic on the freeway. He should learn to accelerate and decelerate/brake more evenly and smoothly. Jerky movements make an already uncomfortable situation much worse. Smooth it out please.

I had booked a ride in a shared van, but because they were short on vans that day, they sent a very nice Honda Accord to pick me up at the airport. I only had to wait about 10 minutes. The driver was super nice. We had a nice conversation on our 40 minute drive. I thought it would be awkward driving so far with just the two of us in the car, but it wasn't. I would definitely use Prime Time again.
After we found the "spot" for Prime Time things went quickly. The first shuttle was not headed in our direction but within minutes another arrived. 6 people on shuttle. It would have been nice to know where we were going. As it turned out it was headed to Orange County and we were the first off in Huntington Beach. I asked the others where they were headed and indeed it was further into O C. The van rattled a bit around the window where I was sitting but beyond that it was great. Tried Prime Shuttle twice and in both instances, they were on time which is the most important factor a traveler requires
Wish there would have been an option for zero stars....they made me wait for 2 hours at airport for pickup ....all the time they keep tailing me it's coming ..it's coming ...and finally after 2 hours ...sorry we don't have any cab for your area ....can one believe this shit !!!!......no apologies ...no sorry ...and just shit...

THe van was late , but I was texted about that. beforehand. However, the only other client was very strange and I felt trapped and a little frightened. I'm sure you can't do much about that. HE WAS YELLING at the driver and making lewd remarks to someone using his cell phone. I won't forget this ride!
