Very organized. Good prices. Nice vehicles bmade travel to and from the airport easy.

We wait at th airport 50 minutes for a reserved shuttle. We were the last of 5 stops and the driver was on his cellphone for the last 40 minutes of the trip (hands free).

I made the reservation for my son and his family for a trip to the San Diego airport on June 7. The driver arrived right on time and got them to the airport on time, but she didn't help them with their bags. Also, she harassed them for a tip when she dropped them off, even though I had prepaid a very generous tip when I made the reservation.

The driver was very nice. We had extra time, so he even drove through Starbucks so I could get a cup of tea.

The system for confirmation and tracking our ride was helpful. the Vans on both outgoing and return were on time. One of the vans was very nice and clean and the driver was great. The ride back was in a van that has been smoked in and was not the cleanest. The driver was efficient, helped with luggage, offered no greeting and was not especially courteous or friendly. We definitely feel that we can trust Prime time shuttle to get us to and from the airport as needed.
