The pick up from my house to LAX was excellent, on time and no problem. Although driver was constantly hitting the breaks abruptly, we got to LaX in one piece. The pick up from LAX was a different story. Our flight was delayed 1 + hr. They knew about delay, but yet didn't wait for us. Our flight came in at 11:17 pm and was told that a shuttle won't be available to pick us up till 3am. Our only choice was to wait or cancel. Really?! I honestly wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to in order to post a review. My family had an 8:10 reservation for pick-up at LAX last night. I did not get in a van until 9:30 and was the last stop at 11:00 pm. The idiot driver went past my exit in Newport Beach and dropped 2 different people off first in Irvine. Awful customer service at LAX! It also would have been nice if, with my reservation conformation, I had been told to go check in at a specific shuttle stop! It was our first time riding with Prime Time. I chose it over the other company because of the lower price. The overall experience was excellent: easy to make a reservation from my phone, received a confirmation right away, and the driver was already parked and waiting when I arrived at the designated pick-up area. I had reserved a shared ride, but we were the only passengers, and had door-to-door service with a friendly and efficient driver. Would definitely use PT again.
Highly recommend. Booked for my son and family traveling home to Ohio. Arrived when promised and delivered my family in a safe and timely manner.
Today I took the shuttle for the first time I got to the airport way ahead of time very good service and the driver was very nice .thanks prime time.
Prime Time provided excellent service. However, I was somewhat uneasy with the Driver's driving going and returning. Both drivers were preoccupied with messing with their terminals and their navigator while driving. The driver that picked us up to return us to our home was on the phone talking to a friend all the way from LAX to our home. I thought that that was unprofessional for us to have to hear his conversation with his buddy. I will still use Prime Time Service but just needed to vent.

The outgoing ride was fine except my original pick up time was changed to earlier so I arrived at the airport an hour before the staff showed up. Made for a really long day. My attempt to book a reservation from out of state (as I was boarding my flight back) was turned down as not having enough time (and it was an afternoon arrival) with no suggestion of booking me on a later time frame. It was just NO...we can't do it. So I was stranded at the airport. Very disappointing.

Drive went to wrong street for pick up but otherwise great service to airport. Waiting for prime Time at LAX is always slow, but we would use again
