They never called my boyfriend to tell him they weren't picking him up. So when he called he was told he'd have to take a taxi. And pay for it himself.

I have never been so frustrated. I had a 8:30 pm pickup from LAX, after waiting half an hour I asked the attendant where the driver was. She said he was on the top level on his way down. Twenty minutes later and still no driver. I checked again and she said he is just down the street. Another 20 minutes later and she says he is delayed because he got a ticket. I was finally picked up at 10 pm but he kept circling the airport picking up passengers until 10:30. I finally got home after midnight. Never again will i use this ser... read more

I booked a private shuttle from LAX for my family (2 kids under 4) and we have been waiting over 45 mins. We have already called the company 3 times who have said they will be here in 10 mins each time. Worst service ever. Will not book with them again. Hopefully prime time will value customer service and want to remedy the situation.

Excellent service both ways. Once we located them at LAX they were there and waiting, even though our flight was delayed 2 hours. On the return they checked in with us the night before and called the morning of to let us know they were on their way. Very professional and courteous drivers. Would definitely use again!

My experience was great both for pick up and home from LAX. The first driver was behind schedule a little bit, but I received updated phone calls, twice, as to his location. I was at the airport with more than enough time for security and a nice long wait at Starbucks there! On my return, I almost got upgraded to a private ride directly to home, but it was changed back to a shared van. I maybe waited 10 minutes at the curb. Had reservation for 4 with luggage at LAX for 1:00 AM. Called for shuttle and was told they overbooked and it would be 2-3 hours. Wound up calling Uber and had a car in 4 minutes for just a little more. Requested refund of credit card charge. Was told it would take 3-5 days which is of course unnecessary. Seven days later and no refund. Never use this company. This is why they are so afraid of Uber.
