Great service, but I do have a couple of suggestions. I'd booked shuttle service and was quite pleasantly surprised when a private car arrived to take me to the airport. He was even a few minutes early! This was great, but the car had no markings that it was a Prime Time vehicle, the driver was not wearing anything that stated Prime Time (as the shuttle drivers do) and he had no ID badge. I was a bit uncomfortable, until he could tell me who he worked for, where he was taking me, and what airline I was flying. That eased my ... read more
Everything that was promised was delivered. Getting off of a cross country flight, and being in our 80's, we were concerned that we would have trouble getting home. Not only were the vehicle and driver excellent, but the atmosphere on the van led to some pleasant conversation with other passengers. Delta Airlines could learn something from Prime Time when it comes to customer comfort. Many thanks!

Terrible service from sub-contractor. After three great non-eventful rides, my sister had the WORST driver experience from Orange County to LAX. The driver showed up in a dirty-looking Prius. Then it was the ride from HELL. Some examples included: *weaving across lanes to find the fastest moving lane *crossing unbroken lines to get in and out of the car pool lane * accelerating then braking heavily * driving (in the more suburban streets) while looking at phone and accessing Google maps to find next pick-up point, despite ha... read more

Very cheap and acceptable service to/from airport when traveling alone
My most recent experience, on August 27, 2015 involved an EXTREMELY professional and patient driver who had to deal with an unreasonable, out-of-control passenger who, quite frankly, I would have pulled over, given her luggage to her, and kissed her off at a curb. This passenger expected direct Limo service while paying for shared service. This driver was AWESOME and did his best under the WORST conditions. I really appreciate this kind of driver.
