Found the pick-up times very good and the drivers generally very pleasant and helpful, but getting through on the phone took forever! Also no confirmation of the time on the email confirmation. I realise that may be variable but the latest time estimate would be ressuring.
Our driver was carlos , he was great, fantastic service to us and all other passengers. The traffic was hectic, but he took time tell us about the area and give us advice. Would recommend and also will be booking for our return from our cruise. Many thanks

Seems a bit silly for a company to lose a long-time (if sporadic) customer and go from 5-stars to one-star just because of a major failure to communicate. I want to book a ride (sedan which we have used before) for next Tuesday, but having been caught previously by poorly-worded "special deals" I emailed twice asking for clarification and have yet to receive a reply. Sent the two emails to two separate customer-service emails so not getting at least one of the emails is unlikely.
Use Prime Time Shuttle 2 to 3 times a year. It's way to get to and from LAX in timely fashion. There is no hassle with traffic. I give Prime Time Shuttle 5+. Thank you PRIME TIME SHUTTLE

The pickup from the airport was perfect, fast, highly satisfied. The driver back to the airport could not stay in the lines. Myself and my 3 people I was traveling with got severly sick. Really horrible ride to the airport.

Service was reasonably efficient and seemed organised. We unfortunately had a bad driver - he seemed very short fused and drove in such a rough, jerky manner so that by the time we reached our destination my 11 year old was ready to be sick and I wasn't far off it. Probably just caught him on a bad day - I would hate to drive in LA traffic! Was a very reasonable cost to transport four of us from LAX to Hollywood, so I would still recommend to others as i think we just struck a bad day.

We should not have been the first the get picked up. After two additional pickups, we ended up passing right by my home to get to our destination. The planning of the pickups and route were very inefficient. Also the driver was drifting in and out of our lane repeatedly because he was trying to manipulate his phone.
