I prefer Prime Shuttle to Super Shuttle because of they are punctual and more reliable. I will hope that cummuters will be charged per distance. I requested a pickup ride to be dropped off at the airport with a 4 miles distance and was charged $16.00 same price as someone traveling 15 miles to the airport. I will yet recommend Prime Shuttle still. Thanks.
Used Prime Time to get from Catalina Express Golden Shore in Long Beach back up to LAX where I caught a hotel shuttle to get to my hotel. I had to change my reservation pick up location and time the day before, and the shuttle was there waiting when I arrived from Catalina- definitely recommend!!!
Great service an on time!!Would recommend them to everyone.
The driver was very entertaining except that he wantse to drop on the second level in order to avoid incase there's heavy traffic. Which I insisted him to drop me where he is suppose to drop me and not making shortcuts regardless what circumstances are.

The service I received just last week was excellent. when we got to LGB the driver was already waiting for us. The driver was very friendly and informed us what restaurants were close to where we were staying. We also used the shuttle back to the airport and the driver was there on time and also a very nice guy.

Picked up on time. Had made reservations for a van but was pleasently surprised to be picked up in a country car with only 2 other oassengers. Ride to LAX was fast and text messages before, during and after the trip were timely and helpful.
Sitting at lax with 4 kids and mother in law waiting for exactly 1 hour from the time they were supposed to be there with our prepaid reservation. Tip in advance? No thanks. Next time Super Shuttle.

The driver was there before I even called. He was very pleasant and the ride was smooth, considering what I have heard about CA highways!! I thought the van could be alittle cleaner on the inside, along with smelling better. All in all, it was a good ride & I would use Prime Time again.
