I booked returned trip from lax to carnival long beach port. Waited about 15 mins at the airport for the ride. It has car charger port for cell phone charging in the first row. The shuttle picked up more people to San Pedro port. The driver waited till 945am on the debarkation date even they expect us at 930. The shuttle picked up someone else from residential area. We got to the airport within an hour, we can even catch the 1130 flight.
I was impressed with the drivers friendliness and efficiency. He clearly communicated his course every step of the way, he was a great conversationalist, and he understood technology well enough to be able to stay informed with what was going on with my flight (departure time, delays, etc.). He knew how to navigate through traffic and was aware of traffic patterns, diversions, and adjustments. He was all around GREAT!

Prime Time Shuttle is great! We booked a shuttle from LAX to the Carnival Cruise terminal at long beach. The Prime Time sign outside the airport building was really easy to find. Our plane arrived about 50 minutes earlier than the booking, and the guy who was there was able to call a shuttle for us despite being early (which we were grateful for). Drivers have been very friendly and professional. Shuttle was on time and I had no worries getting to and from on time. Hassel free!
Overall, I was very satisfied with my two uses of Primetime (from and to airport for my trip). The shuttle was not just prompt, it came early as I was the only booked on it and took me straight to my hotel. The driver was very pleasant and I couldn't have asked for better service. On the return trip, the same was true except I was picked up in a private car rather the shuttle, the car had no PrimeTime markings and no mention had been made of not sending the shuttle. Pretty good. Almost always on time. Friendly drivers.
For our return trip to the airport, Prime Time Shuttle never picked us up and never called to alert us to the fact that we weren't going to be picked up. Supposedly they couldn't find our hotel. But since they were the ones who dropped us off at that hotel, and in the age of smart phones and maps, I don't buy that excuse. My husband had to call the company and then take care of getting other transportation. I had originally given a one-star review, but I changed it to two stars after receiving a full refund from the company.... read more

This is the parent company of Go Sedan which left me stranded at LAX. The company has admitted fault and a representative from Prime Time Shuttle promised she would prove they could do better and that she would resolve my complaint, but she too is ignoring the situation. This is a horrific company that takes your money for a service they do not perform and refuses to refund your money. Not only that, their customer service people are rude and if they aren't telling you to deal with it, they hang up on you. Recommending to my... read more
