Excellent service. Particularly liked the texting alerts and vehicle location map prior to pick up.
This was my first round trip on Prime Time Shuttle. Both pickups were early and the drivers were friendly and professional . Both drive carefully and I arrived in one piece ! Excellent service and value !

Picked me up on time but to early to be in the airport
This time, the car arrived about 20 minutes early which was great. Last time the shuttle arrived 20 minutes late and I was quite worried about making my flight. Anyway, the driver was very nice and got me to the airport in plenty of time. A car was sent this time and it was very comfortable. I did think it was a little odd that neither the car nor the driver had any indication that it was from Prime Time but they had called my number to alert me to the fact they were there so I figured it was ok.
Loved the driver !!!! Helped me fix my tablet that had changed language to Portugese, and then gave me a travelogue of all the sites from the airport to the Doubletree.
we have used the shuttle from Lax to Hollywood then to San Pedro cruise ship and back to Lax after the cruise. The shuttle was on time as promised and the drivers were very helpful. I will definitely use this service again
