Prime time associate kept me informed ofthe shuttle arrival which was only 15 after I signed in. Online booking was easy and driver was cordial.

We had arrived earlier at LAX than expected and they let us get on a earlier shuttle which was nice. Ride was as short as can be both ways and fairly comfortable. Will use this service again!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I scheduled a ride at LAX to go to Anaheim for 4pm. 5:22 I'm still standing here with my 8 month old baby. Van finally pulls up and loads everyone's luggage BUT my one stroller.l because I didn't have any bags. The driver then tells me to fold up my large jogging stroller and hold it in the van. So now I'm squished in the back seat of this van next to my jogging stroller and someone's wheelchair. Needless to say my knee is pressing up against a metal pole of a wheelchair.
