My driver from hotel to LAX was very accommodating. I had a good experience with the service round trip, and would use it again.
The vehicle was perfect for the 9 of us, but the driver was a grouch, not professionally dressed , did not want any conversation. He pulled up to a curb do drop us off and just began to pile up our luggage. A very rude driver!
I always get the same driver, and he's great. I wouldn't go to the airport any other way
Joseph Epstein - Used it from LAX to San Pedro cruiseport and reverse. Was picked up in timely fashion. I was impressed on how driver navigated through traffic, efficiently and safely. Both times all passengers in van traveled LAX/Cruiseport, so journey was as fast as by any other means but at a very reasonable price.
Great Service, the van showed up a little early and the drivers were extremely courteous, friendly and professional. The drive time was better than expected and I will surely recommend Prime Time Shuttle.
Excellent service! "Cheap" rates. We were on the LAX rate, driving to Long Beach....we were on the Carnival. I would go again.
We used Prime Time to get to the Cruise Terminal in San Pedro. The driver was punctual and in good spirit. We took it again today to bring us to our hotel near LAX and again punctual and effective. My wife is a travel agent and we will most surely recommend Prime Time Shuttle to clients and friends from Canada. Thank you, Prime Time.
First time I've ever booked this shuttle and it was waiting as soon as I exited the airport the ride to my hotel was quick.
Agree with Megan's comment. Same experience. No markings, and the driver didn't announce who he was, no ID present, and no company branding in sight. He also asked me how to get to the freeway, which I thought was odd for a "professional" driver. His car was also a concern. The interior wasn't kept up, it was noisy, and the tire light was on.
