I have never taken a shuttle to LAX before but decided to do so this time, so I wouldn't inconvenience my family or friends. I must say everything went perfect and I will definitely use them again. The price, the hospitality and timeliness was worth it.
The whole experience was very easy. The employers were helpful & very polite . Our only hiccup was our shuttle back to airport had a flat when it came to pick us up. We had to go from a private shuttle , to hopping in with s group going to the same airport . The good news is we were not late for our flight. All good!!!
Overall, I am very satisfied with my two uses of Prime Time Shuttle from pickup at my house in Riverside, Ca.on NOV. 6 ,2015 to LAX. Airport Prime Time Shuttle was prompt and on the return trip from LAX on NOV. 23, 2015. There was a coordinator at the TOM BRADLY terminal I told him I had a reservation he looked it up and he got a prime time shuttle car right away to take me to my home in Riverside, Ca. ***** I gave Prime Time Shuttle a 5stars for prompt service ***** TED MARINO
Whenever I travel I use Prime Time Shuttle. I can always rely on them to be timely. The drivers have been very helpful and keep you informed on their arrival times. Thank you for your outstanding service!

The company sent e 5 emails and 2 text that my pickup time had changed and driver was late 18 minutes then he drove like a mad man to get to the airport. The shuttle didn't show up but a new Caddilac Escalade Private Car came which it was a very nice ride.
When booking it online, it indicated it was a "shared" pick-up or drop-off, only it didn't say 9 other passengers! It took 3 hours to get from LAX to Newport Beach because they made me the last stop after dropping off 9 others. I would take Uber in the future, or a cab. The driver was great, not his fault, just mis-advertising, I guess.
