Worked out great from Long Beach airport to Torrance after my original pickup got canceled by a friend who took ill. The shuttle was there early, but left on time. Trip was quick and direct. Driver was nice and the airport even allowed curbside pickup due to special circumstances, otherwise they sit in the lot across from the terminal. Really fair pricing with a 6 hour cancellation window. Better pricing than a cab or Uber X. Thanks!
We have just returned from a holiday in LA/Anaheim. We used Prime Time as our hotel/airport transport, the drivers were friendly, welcoming and warming abd very helpful. Will definately use Prime Time again on our next trip to the USA.
This was our first time using a shuttle PERIOD! For the most part, it was great! Only complaint was having to wait for our shuttle at LAX for 30+ min. Which wasn't a huge deal cause we weren't in a hurry. However, on our return shuttle it was right on time and our driver was more than stellar with his customer service!! Seriously, he was AMAZING!!! I've used Prime Time and had a wide range of experiences, most of them wonderful. Usually the drivers are very friendly and on time. This last though was probably the worst experience. I made a reservation to be picked up at 10:30pm from LAX and ended up not being picked up until 11:45pm. The guy working check in and the driver was nice, but it just seemed like they were having trouble getting everything organized. I use Prime Time for the first time for a pick up and deliver to the LA Airport. The price was excellent, the Navigator a huge plus and Eddie, my driver made the trip actually fun. He was very professional, and very interesting. Getting to the airport even when we picked up another passenger went quickly and smoothly. I will recommend their service again.
Our flight arrived early, and we were able to get right onto the shuttle - piece of cake!
