On Dec. 16: 40 minutes wait for a van, 3 hours and 40 minutes to get from lax to pasadena, and then the driver would not take a credit card. Unacceptable.

This is easily the worst company I've ever dealt with. My shuttle came 40 minutes late and I almost missed my flight, so I immediately emailed customer service to just request a refund, since that's their policy. It's been 9 days since then and I've emailed them again twice, called 6 times total (hung up for 3 times because I was on hold for over 20 minutes) and every time I've talked to customer service they promise that management will get in touch with me to get me a refund. I was left in my wheelchair to fend for myself despite paying for an accessible van. After 2 hours of telling me it was coming I was asked if I could walk and really needed my chair. Even if I could (I can't) why would I leave my power chair behind? I was then told you'd refund my money and good luck getting home. When they found me a taxi that could take me your drivers yelled at him while they were clearly strapping me and the chair down in the cab. I've never even come close to losing it on anyone in the service industry ... read more

I'm not to my destination yet but it's been almost an hour in the van and we have to make some out of the stops before i get to my place. I thought this would be better than Super Shuttle and it looks like I'm wrong. Who knows when I'm going to get home at this rate.

I used Prime Time Shuttle to get from LAX and back to LAX. Were late picking up from hotel but service was great!
Prime Time Shuttle was easy to find both coming and going from LAX and Princess Cruise Lines. They were easy to check in with at both destinations. I will and recommend others to use their services.

Do you like standing for 45 min at the airport when you were told 20 or less? Do you like having your driver circle the airport for 30 more min trying to get more people as she yells, curses, texts and makes calls? If yes, take this service. This is the worst service you can imagine.

My experience with Prime Time Shuttle has been good, they were always punctual throughout my trip. The condition of their bus is fair and the drivers are not always very friendly, but it is value for money.
