Can I say 0 stars? The driver was supposed to drop me at the Disneyland hotel. He went past it and dropped me at the Hyatt several blocks away because he had another guy going there. When I protested he just said it was close! Unbelievable. I won't use them again.

I had a very negative experience with Prime Time Shuttle. About fifteen minutes after my shuttle was scheduled to pick me up I called to inquire as to why it had not yet arrived. After being hung up on twice, I was put on hold for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes on hold (at this point nearly 45 minutes after I should have been picked up) I was told that the car that was meant to have picked me up had broken down and wouldn't be coming. Worst shuttle service ever. DONT USE. Those 5-star reviews are clearly from their employees. Need more proof? They're a 1-star with 1400+ reviews on Yelp (seriously... go look them up). A waste of time, nothing else needs to be added.

Booked a private shuttle from LAX to be picked up at 1 am. They never showed up. When I called, they said there wasn't a shuttle available. Not sure why when I booked 2 weeks in advance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

At first it was great. Then went horribly wrong. Our drive from LAX to Anaheim was wonderful. Besides a 30+ minute wait for it to arrive, the driver was nice and the ride was pleasant. The drive back was a nightmare. The shuttle showed up on time and that was the end of the pleasantness. Our driver could barely keep his van in his lane, was all over the place. He would hit the gas then the breaks. Over and over and over. We had 5 of us, and 3 of us were car sick by half way thru the drive, and praying we arrived at LAX alive... read more

I was called less than 10 minutes ago regarding scheduled pickup reservation number PT1305432 that I prepaid for. Apparently there are "no shared rides available" and my ride was cancelled. This is less than 4.5 hours from scheduled pickup time and less than 6 hours from my flight time and is absolutely unacceptable. If I had been asleep, which is a reasonable thing to do at 12:30 AM, I would have missed this call and have had no ride to the airport. Horrible experience this morning! My shuttle was supposed to arrive at 7:25am, so I can get back to work from the airport on time at 8:30. However, by 8:30 the shuttle still hasn't arrived, even though I checked in before 7am. Eventually a really nice lady let me in her shuttle and I didn't get back until 9am. I had to miss work today and did not get paid. I am not paying for the ride. What's more, the second coordinator this morning had a bad attitude. The absolute WORST "service" ever! We waited for over forty minutes at the curb when we had a prepaid reservation. When the van finally arrived, it looked as though the only thing holding the seats together was the ground in layer of grime. They packed us in like sardines and I froze beneath the broken A/C vent. NEVER again!
