DON'T USE this service!!! The only reason I rated a 1 star is because there is no 0 star. My husband waited 1 hour and 45 minutes PAST the time they told him they would pick him up at LAX. No one kept him updated. HE had to make the phone calls. Still waiting for a refund! Worst service ever!left us stranded at the airport at 1am with 3 small kids on june 18th !! Do not use them USE Uber which was a total life saver and they were there in 5 min!!

I know understand why this company has 1.5 stars on Yelp. They either come way too late, way too early or not at all. One would think it's deliberate. Make the person wait 45 minutes so they abandon their prepaid reservation and go pay for a real shuttle service.

The absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. The lady was rude. Our shuttle didn't show up. She told me that I wasn't the only one dealing with these problems apparently the entire city of Orange county had one big crash that stopped everybody. I am news for you I live in orange county there's no crash. She never called never text messaged even though she said she did. She lied to us. Horrible customer service.

First of all our driver was suppose to start by picking us up about 15 mins after checking into the Prime Time Shuttle pick up location (10:41 p.m.), after waiting an hour, then the person at the kiosk said that he needed to leave and to wait for the shuttle along with one other person that was going our direction. I wish I'd looked at this page before booking. I had made a reservation. When I arrived at the airport I found the shuttle coordinator. He looked up my reservation, said it would be half an hour. Long wait for a shuttle, but whatever. AN HOUR LATER he said, I can't get a driver for you tonight. No help, no negotiation, no advice for a better option. And by then it was 11:30 pm. Bad service! Take 3+ hrs for dropped off with no traffic! Wasting so much of my time! Dislike and do not recommend to anyone!
I reserved prime time shuttle for last night and at first were told 30 minutes for our shuttle. Then we were told 10 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked how long and the employee tells me he doesn't know. 5 minutes later the employee gets his stuff and tells me the shuttle number and leaves. I called customer service and was told I had a 2 minute wait, then it turned into a 5 minutes. I was sent into there mail box. We waited over an hour, it was past midnight.
