We waited for an hour for a van that we prepaid for. Not only did they never show, but they didn't answer any of their phone numbers and they also stranded 2 other families.

Do not use them !!! They should be remove doing Business at Lax !!waited 3 hours at Terminal 2 !!! The Supervisor Black Short lady very Rude ! Angry ! On us !! We had to call Police !!!! Do not use them please E Mail me as I am going to remove them doing business in Lax Airport !! Please E mail me all to file complain !

I'm literally sitting in the shuttle as I type this, such awful service. We have a reservation set for pick up at 12:55pm from LAX and end up waiting 30-40 mins for a shuttle to arrive. The person at the kiosk kept assuring us ours would be next, as we saw not one large group, but two groups get in shuttles they had reserved in less than 20 mins. Yes we are a large group but we only live 10 mins from the airport but it doesn't mean that we Should have to wait even longer to get home. Please someone tell me what is the point ... read more

I left a detailed description of horrible service! Horrible company already through Google. They don't have a call center for after the fact. It's only to book only! Anything regarding to confirm, change times and/or cancel, you won't get a live person. There is no such thing. Only through email/text and chat. Be careful when you book w/ these people.

I think this is the poorest excuse for service. I waited 2 1/2 hours at the airport for a shuttle home. With a reservation. Already paid! All I got was... "We don't guarantee a time. It's in the fine print." I'm not looking for guarantees. I'm looking for dependable, quality service.

Same story as the rest of the poor reviews. We arrived at LAX at the time of our reservation with Prime Time. Our shuttle arrived almost 90 minutes late. The first curbside attendant lied to me about the shuttle even being at the airport. The second attendant (shift change while we waited - first attendant left us without a word) made several attempts to find our van, to no avail. Gave them a second chance and still was left at the curb. Prepaid an exclusive van months in advance. First time around shuttle was late picking us up, missed our flight. Still tipped the driver $50 and didn't request a refund, things happen. Second chance, same thing booked/prepaid months in advance, exclusive van for 6 people. Received multiple confirmations with count down to pick up. Arrived at LAX with confirmed scheduled pickup time of 9:40 pm. Curbside attendant said a few minutes, waited 45 called customer service. I will never give these people my money again. We are RIGHT THIS SECOND sitting at LAX, awaiting a ride that we paid for in advance. We have been here waiting for over an hour now. Have seen several shuttles drive by, & they wave but waving doesn't get me and my family home. It didn't take us this long to get through customs!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Oh,and the people who caught a shuttle as we arrived at the shuttle stop had also been waiting a long time, & were equally pissed!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Reservation for 11:15 pm; it's currently 2:11 am the following day and I'm still at the airport waiting for my shuttle to show up. I just checked my reservation status online and was canceled at 12:22 PM (not by me) -- and NO ONE TOLD ME!!!! All phone numbers go to voicemail when I tried calling to find out what was going on with my ride. *EDIT* After emailing Prime Time Shuttle Rep (1st comment below), I have received a full refund for what I'd prepaid for shuttle ride (including tip).
