I am surprised that prime time is courageous enough to let people write reviews. This is a horrible shuttle. They don't care how long it takes to pick you up at the airport. They come over 2 hours late and don't apologize .
I just realized that this poorly operated limo/shuttle company owns or manages the three time looser company that I recently posted about Gosedan. Yes, Gosedan the same company that was either late or didn't show up to pick us up and bring us to LAX. The same company that wanted to talk about the problems and then didn't answer emails or phone calls!, the same on that has rude angry employees that don't care about you. Yep. We are traveling back from Scotland, we have been awake and traveling for 21hours now... 2 of which were waiting for our Prime Time Shuttle to pick us up from the airport. There was another family waiting for their shuttle for almost the exact same amount of time. Nothing warms the heart like waiting for two hours for your shuttle with three kids and one elderly person in a wheelchair after traveling for 19 hours! I have a really special place in my heart now for prime time shuttles
Waited almost an hour for the shuttle that was pre-reserve. ...and we are still waiting...I am very very unhappy with your service and wont be using it again! I stop using super shuttle for this reason...your company does not cater to private customers...Stop trying or improve your customer service......signed ....The pissed off customer THAT IS STILL WAITING FOR The SHUTTLE!

Sitting here writing this review while I go on hour two of waiting Should have known better to book with this company Absolutely pathetic, unprofessional, disgusting, disrespectful and worst company I have ever dealt with. Booked a private SUV well in advance and we arrived at their section after arrival. I was told it would arrive in 10 minutes and we have now waited for just over 2 hours and no one has showed up. Worst shuttle around! Just heed the advice of the hundreds who rated them a 1 before me and don't waste your time booking through them. They never sent a driver to pick us up from the airport, argued with me about our reservation time, even though my email clearly stated the agreed upon time, kept us waiting for an hour before they finally said a driver could not be located. Don't do it!

Waited 2.5 hours at Burbank airport with a confirmed reservation. No one picked us up. We spent 95 dollars on cab to get home. I made more than 20 calls to Prime time. The first call l was told that the shuttle is just outside the airport and it will arrive shortly. No one showed up for another hour. So l kept calling, each time after one ring, someone would disconnected me to avoid answering. They made us feel so helpless. My family and I made a reservation to be picked up from our home and the man showed up 30 minutes early. When we returned to LAX, we had to wait over an hour for our shuttle, that we rented just for our family, to show up. I had small children and after being on an airplane for 6 hours, the last thing I wanted to do, was wait for a shuttle for an hour and a half.
