We booked our reservation to leave LAX for our hotel after an evening arrival. The flight was delayed, and I notified PrimeTime via text beforehand. (I also tried to call them, but they did not answer the phone during business hours.) While they say that their airport staff are there only for limited hours, they also provide a 24-hour telephone number to reach them after-hours. We arrived, however, and were unable to reach anyone. Have been waiting for them for an hour now to pick us up from the airport. Two of their shuttles passed right by us even though we are standing at the designated location. We have called them twice and they are saying it is our fault we haven't been picked up and to be patient. Never using this service again. Next time it will be super shuttle. Primetime encores leaving people stranded at the airport at Christmas ave they refuse to repay any money that is prepaid. They promote false advertising and are a money grubbing cooperation. I can only assume anyone working for them are also money grubbing people.

Tonight I am flying for the first time in almost 7 years and am already stressed out. I used to always use Prime Time and so had no hesitancy re: booking a reservation for tonight. Imagine my shock when less than half an hour before my scheduled pickup they call to tell me they have no cars. The guy on the phone was borderline rude and of absolutely no help. Prime Time Shuttle currently running a scam as part of its 12 Days of Xmas promotion. Received an email saying $10 bucks off a "Any reservation" using promo code. Link directs to a webpage which DOES NOT OFFER SHARED RIDE SERVICES. Website customer service says that Shared Ride services will not be offered through new site until January and to use the old site. The old site has no form for promo codes. Dear Customer Service, We ordered Prime Time Shuttle to take us from our home in Chatsworth Ca. to Lax on Sunday Nov 20, 2016 and return us to our home on Sunday Nov 27th. Our group consisted of myself and my wife, Dr Lisa Hannifin, My adult son and his wife and our younger sons, 9yrs and 12yrs.
