Don't do it! Bad service ... but even worse is the driver talking on his cell phone during the drive from LAX to Anaheim. Illegal and unsafe. He also entered and exited the carpool lanes illegally, but hey... what's a traffic law or five

Awful experience. I booked in advance so that I wouldn't have to wait when I got to LAX. When I arrived there was a text message saying the driver was on site along with a phone number that it said was the driver's mobile number. I called and it went to reservations. They told me to go to the driver was on the way, and to go to the curb and look for a prime time rep. I did. I gave the rep my booking number. He said the driver was on the way. After 15 min I inquired. He said the driver was on the way. I called the reservation... read more

I just got off a shuttle where the driver had the radio up so high he did not hear me ask him to turn it down. He swerved in and out of traffic. He didn't help with my bags and the thing that's causing me to write this review is the fact that he texted and made phone calls without a hands free devise whilst driving! Sad because the outward journey was perfect.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with Prime Time. I've been a client for years. Shared van, large group van, private cars.. no problem. Then last time they took 2 hours to pick up my husband at Lax. They kept saying "15min" and ended up a different service. So I called the next day to talk to customer service and they are SO RUDE and helpless.. They do not appreciate your business otherwise they would give me a good refund. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! STAY AWAY!

I recently reserved 2 shuttles a day apart - one for myself and the other for my staff who was being picked up the day after me. With my reservation I received a confirmation text giving me the supposed phone number of the driver who was picking me up. When he was late, I tried the number, and after 3 attempts, someone sleeping answered the phone and told me he wasn't on shift. The shuttle did arrive but it was late with no apology or explanation. Just waited an hour and five minutes on the curb at LAX when we had a reservation. Once we finally got a van, the driver spent his time talking on the phone and drove unsafe...10-15 miles an hour under the speed limit and the flow of traffic in the carpool lane. Other cars were passing and flashing lights but he didn't notice. We spend half on hour on the phone with customer service only to be told to call back on Monday.

Booked a shuttle for a specific time and walked out to the designated area with no shuttle in sight. Several calls to the main office with no answer, messaged them again no answer, finally found an agent and they were not very helpful, had a bad attitude and basically said we would just have to wait until they had a driver available. Seriously defeats the purpose of booking several weeks in advance so we wouldn't have to struggle with transportation only to have to wait several hours. This company mind as well just take money and ruin your trip. There is no customer service. Out of SIX calls 3 disconnected after 20+ minutes on hold, one was an angry woman hanging up and the others never answered. Online? No email reply. They did not show up for an international flight pick up costing us literally thousands of dollars to rebook an international flight. Booking with them is truly a black hole, a gamble.
