DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were almost one hour late picking us up!!! REDICULOUS!!!

Pay me for two trips they did not show up to pick me up. I had to pay Super Shuttle to take me home and I could NEVER get hold of PrimeTime to get a refund. I cancelled our last trip with them and they charged me a $5 cancellation fee!!! I will never use them again. Super Shuttle or Karmel are much much better and reliable.

I am in uber car right now going home because my 8pm pickup at lax was cancelled and I waited 45 minutes . I was told that you do not pickup after 5pm with shared services. they said the website has a bug. despite the fact that you texted me to go 2nd level to wait for pickup. I was told to find another way home. really. I never use your service. better paying more bucks to uber

Terrible. Never use them. I called when our shuttle was already 25 minutes late and they gave me some BS about the driver having an emergency so they were sending a replacement. Then 10 minutes later I get an email (no call) advising the booking has been cancelled. I called and they told me the van had broken down and I had to make my own alternative arrangements. Never again.

After using prime time over 10 times a year for 5 years plus, i would think they could treat me with a bit of deference or at least courtesy. But no. Arranged to have my daughter and son in law and grand daughter picked up at Long Beach. Private van. They send a shared with no room in the vehicle and tell my family they switched to shared as no drivers were available. Nobody asked me if this was acceptable. For example they could show up. After now show I called them about 20 minutes after designated time for pick up. They lied that there was a technical issue on the freeway. Yeah. There was no driver designated for the ride from Riverside to LAX and any normal company would call me to notify me immediately so I can look for an alternative. They also promised that they will refund the money. That did not happen either.

Worst experience ever!! We arrived early to the airport and had a shuttle scheduled a week in advance. When we got to the airport the shuttle wasn’t there. I had to call multiple times and still no one showed up!! After an hour and a half we just found a different ride. To top it off they wouldn’t give our money back! Waste of time!! Do NOT use this service!

When we arrived in San Diego and called for our pickup, the driver told us "to walk to the parking garage and go in and he would be right there". Um, my daughter paid for curbside pickup, and there isn't a garage. Then on the day we left, the company called about 10 minutes prior to when they were supposed to pick us up and cancelled because their vehicle broke down. We ended up driving ourselves and having to leave my daughter's car at the airport for them to pick up later. I will not use them again when we visit San Diego.

DO NOT use PTs. They have horrible customer service, they are unreliable and they lack professionalism. They called us 9 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time to let us know that the vehicle broke down and that they do not have any other vehicles that can pick us up. The lady who called then tried to tell me that 2 hours until our flight gave us plenty of time to get online, find and book another ride with a different company.
