DO NOT USE!!! SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. (also go under the name of red vans). Absolute robbers!! Our bus this week from San Diego to Anaheim got caught in traffic due to a traffic crash. We tried to ring their office number and we texted the driver of the shuttle - no answer. Our bus was ten minutes late and when we got there - the shuttle was no show. This was the worst experience I've ever had on a shuttle. I booked it round trip from LAX to Long Beach and back. Even though my reservation provided my arrival time at LAX, it was 2 hours before I was picked up. I made several calls and was told more than once that it would only be 15 minutes for the pickup. Once I was finally picked up, the driver arrived at the loading dock of the hotel, not the main entrance. When I pointed out it wasn't the entrance, I got back in the van. I would not recommend using this company. I requested a large luxury suv for my party of four and they sent a Acura MDX. We were crunched in and uncomfortable. I’d suggest trying another firm for your needs.
Booked a shuttle through ‘Shuttle2LAX’ and was left stranded at the airport by this company after an 11 hour flight. I waited for around an hour and a half with no information about the driver/shuttle or pickup point and was then marked as a no show for my shuttle and charged for the ride. Avoid this company, their customer service is unprofessional, rude and unhelpful and they do not have a single care for their customers
Never got our ride and never got our money back because they said is our fault they couldn't find us. We were standing next to their sign at the Lax.
They don’t care if they get you to the airport in time for your flight. They asked for the schedule flight I was flying out on and the time, I gave it to them, yet I was scheduled to arrive to the airport 2 hours after my scheduled flight that was not delayed but on time.
This company isn’t real and they won’t pick you up or get another car/van to help you or get anywhere. Go try to get another shuttle company, taxi or Uber ASAP. If you do? Well I didn’t say that I warned you when they reply with either a text you or call to say a car/van has broken down on the way. There isn’t any. This company is FAKE.
Never use Prime Time Shuttle, it’s a scam! Called them, they pick up and intentionally hang up! I dont bother doing a charge back on my CC because itll have a lot of hassle in replacing my card. This service should be sued
