I booked prime time custom sedan for pick up to take me and my husband from our home near Temecula to San Diego one month in advance. We also booked a return LAX because we were not flying in to San Diego on our return we were coming back a month later through LAX. (This is reason why we chose not to take her own car parked at the airport.) When you book on their website you have to prepay in advance.. RecommendedMy husband and I (both aussies) booked twice with the company in LA. First from San Pedro port to Hollywood and the second Hollywood to Anaheim. Both times on time. Cars clean and well maintained. Both drivers made us feel secure with their driving habits. Would definitely recommend.
I wished I would have read the reviews prior to booking. I booked 3 weeks prior our departure date and had an "administrative cancellation on my reservation" 1 hour before our scheduled time. We had a large group scheduled so it was difficult to find another source of transportation in such short notice. So unprofessional. So unreliable. Never again...
Not a reliable service. Company cancelled my driver for a group reservation less than one hour before we were scheduled to leave. 😰
Not good a shuttle service. Shoulda stuck with super shuttle
Texting and driving was happening while in the vehicle as well as talking on the phone the whole time. Left a bag on the van we used (i know for a fact, as i placed it between my drivers seat and my seat in the front and told myself not to forget it) and apparently no one can find it. Very unnerving since i know i left it. One man from the company did come back but he wasn’t my driver. Would give anything to have my stuff back. 😩
Horrible horrible horrible! I write this as I stand outside LAX at 9:38pm- when they were supposed to be here at 9PM. We called them around 9 to get specific instructions since their information is vague and they told us “20 minutes” (so over 20 minutes late). Called again at 9:30pm and they told us they gave our ride to someone else and it would be another 30-40 minutes!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The company could not get a driver to us on time they had to get a second driver they were an hour late. Second driver was amazing.
Still no response from management regarding my pre-booked, pre-paid private vehicle that arrived as a shared shuttle and didn’t get us to our destination until after midnight! Not acceptable and not the service I booked and paid for!
