I booked their service on Oct 13 to travel from OC to LAX. My flight time was 7 pm and pick up time was 4:10 pm. Driver didnt show up after 4:10 and I received no calls from him, so I called dispatch and after wasting few mins on hold, I was told the driver isnt going to come due to mechanical failure. Please don’t use it they are awful I was stuck and missed my flight was in another country with very poor to at time no WiFi I only had good WiFi in the airport I explain this to them they told me why didn’t I send an email how the hell was I to do that!!!!!! The driver waited for two hours ummmm I’m sorry I was in another country miss you will have to book another shuttle I spent what I had on the penalty in rebooking a flight for the next morning they don’t care avoid they take your money and screw you over

We used their service for pickup from SNA to the Disneyland Hotel. Everything was perfect. 7 people and 8 bags. Then today on the trip back they call 15 mins before pickup and asked about total passengers and luggage. It was the same as we arrived with. So we hoped they would fix. Then right at 9:10am (our scheduled pick up time) they called and said we have to cancel on you. REALLY??? 3 Sr Citizens and 2 children. And now we have to figure it out. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Terrible ,unreliable, unprofessional. They have dropped the ball with me 3 times already. I'm done with Prime Time.
Our shuttle trip was going along just fine UNTIL the driver told us he had to make another stop and the whole trip just went to pot. One couple had already been on the shuttle 2.5 hours and I was on for 2 hours going to LAX (pus the traffic was horrific) It was so tense with the couple that was afraid of missing their flight and guess they did miss their it! They left me stranded, alone, at 11pm at night and weren't interested in fixing their screw up and getting me home safely. Came to tune USA from Australia as solo holiday traveler. Needed to get to Disneyland from waaay across the other side of the city, a 45 minute drive and thought this company would be sufficient. WRONG. Hire drivers who speak English and know how to use a GPS. Also, have a vehicle without a bad tire warning - (wheel bearing?) and NOT take numerous phione calls with cell phone in his hands while he is driving!!😠😧
