Be very careful when booking Prime Time Shuttle. Their service has deteriorated by leaps and bounds. I had a 24 hour long international flight, after which I was expecting prime time shuttle to take me back home from LAX airport. As mentioned in the pickup instructions, after I exited baggage claim, I checked in at 12:30 PM with Prime Time informing that I reached Terminal B4 at LAX. I have been waiting for a refund since May (its almost September). Every time I call they say 7-10 days to process. Oh and the best part is that I need a refund because they NEVER SHOWED UP and didn't even call to tell me until after the scheduled pick up time :(

On July 9 Prime Time Shuttle left me stranded at LAX at 9 PM! And they didn't care!!! There had been a change in my flight so instead of arriving at 8:55 am i was arriving at 6:35 pm and even though I called at 2 AM and changed it and they confirmed the change on 2 different phone calls and gave me the new drivers phone number, they put me as a no show and removed me from the drivers que! I did a booking in advance for a pickup at LAX airport. There were 2 vans which came and they were empty. But they are not able to pick us because we are designated for another van to arrive. The designated van arrive 25-30mins late. All the drivers were just talking really loudly about how the person doing despatch is messed up and making them unable to pick passengers up. No Limo to pick us up when we arrived back at LAX at 9 pm at night. Booked and Paid in advance! Called customer service and they lied to us saying they person was looking for us but never saw them at all. My Husband Jan Wise called too and nothing was done. What an awful feeling to be stranded at an airport, told them to refund my money. I will continue to spread the word that prime Time shuttle isn't a ride its a scam for your money.

Unbelievably poor. I would pay any amount of money to get out of this van. Do yourself a favor. Go any other way.

Waited for a ride for an hour and 20 mins!!! With a reservation! 6 empty vans drove by, but I was told no drivers available! Never again! Worst customer service! No refund
