I don't want to give this service even one star. HORRIBLE experience with Prime Time Shuttle. We were having the shuttle pick us up from the Cruise Terminal in Long Beach to take us to LAX. The shuttle was 15 minutes late picking us up, we waited for 20 to leave the cruise terminal, and then proceeded to make 2 stops before getting to LAX. Their service at LAX was subpar, and our reservation, which was booked months ago, was not honored. We were told simply that they didn't have the vehicle for us. Their agent was rude and uncaring. Won't use their service again.

I used prime time shuttle on 12/22/2016 and my first impression was not good. After a long day of traveling due to a couple of delays I made my way outside Lax airport to the shuttle check in. Worst Service Ever! Stay Away ! Do not use them! My Personal experience, had booked Return drop to LAX and return (PT2470664 & PT2470672). While going to Airport, I tried calling them to change the pickup time, couldnt reach anyone, sent multiple emails to prepone the pickup. Driver sent was late by 30 min. No remorse and bad attitude. These guys are a bunch of crooks! Not only did it take them almost 1 hour to pick me up from airport the guy tried to charge me $60.00 more for my trip! In a nutshell, my airline screwed up and I had to go to LAX Airport instead of ONT which was my original destination, so they gave me a voucher to travel with these guys from LAX to ONT. Awesome. Half the price of other LA shuttle services and great service. Easy to reserve online. My airport pick up was on time and on my return I had to request a last-minute earlier shuttle (2 hours earlier) and Marco accomodated me curbside quickly, with courtesy and enthusiasm. Him and the other coordinator, James, were efficient, focused and very polite with helping wave after wave of people to get in their vans and on their way! Bravo!!
