if i could give 0 stars, i would. I get to their shuttle pick up location at lax at 10:50pm. the agent locates my reservation and tells me to wait. at 11:40pm i ask her what is going on since pick-up time was 11:05pm, she says they are coming. shortly after she leaves because her shift ended. at 12:00midnight i call the customer service: it is out of business hours. the automated machine says to call the drivers services. i call and after 10 minutes i hang up because nobody picks up. it is now 12:15am. a car pulls with a pri... read more

Shocking service. I had a collection arranged to take me to LAX for a flight. At 40 minutes late after being told for the second time it was 10 minutes away I had to hail a cab from the street at significant cost. The support from customer service has been equally poor with no replies beyond my initial email and no sign of any kind of email.

Sitting here as we speak. Reservation was at 925 and it is 11 and we are still waiting. He said the lady didn't see our reservation and they are sending an SUV right now. Ha what another hour wait? Everyone else got on their shuttle. We have a 2 year old with us and he is very hyper. Standing in one place is not helping. I payed good money to spend a week at Disneyland and this trip is not starting out how I planned! Wish I would have seen the reviews before we booked!

Do not use this shuttle. The driver was over 30 min late, I paid for a direct shuttle but instead ended up with a shared service. I've complained and it's been nearly a month and I haven't heard back. Save yourself and money and stress and choose another shuttle.

Horrible customer service. Don't ever prepay a tip!
I was VERY nervous after I read all of the reviews and was waiting for my shuttle to Disneyland from LAX. But I didn't have to wait long and it was a smooth ride to Disney! I had my trip back the next day and again, I was nervous because I had an international trip. I got a notification that the driver was running 15 minutes late...and that's all it was! He showed up at the new time and we went straight to the airport! Good service and good drivers!
Don't use this service! It's a joke. You're gonna spend an hour or more waiting past your pick up time. Terrible communication and they don't care. Nothing like wasting your trip sitting and waiting for a ride you booked at a specific time. So unprofessional. Not to mention the driver hasn't said a word to us after we sat for an hour. Oh and the shuttle does another loop around LAX once they pick you up. Don't plan on making it to anything you had planned. Should've called uber.
Horrible! Writing this as I sit in the van while 3 employees try to decide what is going on. One of them eating as they do I might add. It's been over an hour since my scheduled time (and I included the 20mins they say give them). Employee that checked me in had to tell me her life problems and how horrible the company was while I waited. Never ever again! On top of this the driver did nothing but sling the bags in the back of the van. Clearly he doesn't care about his job either.
