2nd time our clients have been left without shuttle service - after having their reservation booked for months. We will not be able to offer Prime Time Shuttle service to our clients anymore.

Josè was the best driver we had through out all of our travels! He was dead on time to pick us up from our hotel and was happy to chat away and listen to our stories � Thank you for ending our holiday on such an awesome note! Keep doing what you are doing! It's people like you who make businesses successful!

Cannot say enough bad things about this company. Just don't. While dozens of "super shuttles" drive by we have been waiting over an hour, with still no ETA given. Also- if you're standing at a stop with no agent- don't bother. Drivers won't stop where there is no agent. Which we were also not advised of.

If I could give it no stars I would! Horrible service ! Waited an hour after arriving at the airport for the driver only for him to show up and say "well how are we suppose to know when you fly in" isn't that why we make reservations?? Then as we are getting into the van it smells of vomit! He says don't sit in that seat somebody threw up in it. So they picked us up over an hour late and in a van that smelled like puke! I only gave it 1 star because it won't let me give it less... as I type this I am sitting behind a seat that smells like vomit! If it wasn't after midnight with 4 children, I would not be in this van. I thought the ride to the airport with broken seatbelts was bad!

Very poor service. Shuttle delayed twice this evening. Apparently they don't have enough vehicles to honor the service.

My mom and I returned on Saturday from a 7 day cruise. We got off the ship around 8:10-8:15 am. We stopped by the bathrooms then went to the shuttle waiting area. The coordinator did not have us on the reservation list. My mother book the shuttle 2 weeks in advance for a private SUV. We were not the only ones that were not on his list. Several others were also not on his list. The gentlemen called dispatch and he said someone would be there in a few minutes. That was around 8:30 am. Worse customer service and service pick up. Do not use agency. The pick up wait time today at LAX was over an hour even with making prearranged pick up reservations. When booking the reservation back in December the representative in a rush entered the email address incorrectly which prompted another call to customer support for confirmation. Overall, I will not recommend Prime Time to fellow government agencies or conference attendees in the LA area.
