I started using PTS because of their reliability but over the last two years they have become very unreliable. I usually do the group van to the airport. When I booked they gave me a time to be ready. Then I get a text with a new time. Then the driver texts me he is at my house a half hour early. I go out and he is nowhere to be found. He is at the wrong place. Then we go to pick up the next person except it is in the wrong direction for going to the airport. Driver dropped our reservation and nobody showed up. 45 minutes after our schudeled pick up time I recieved a text saying driver was in an accident.

Worst costumer service ever! Do not book with them. There are other shuttle companies that are better.

The shuttle was 1 1/2 hours late. I was put on hold 3 different times, once for 25 minutes. Meanwhile our family is waiting to go to Disneyland. I frequently book large groups, but I will not use this company again.

NOBODY NEEDS 5 HOURS TO GET TO LAX EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PICK UP 3 MORE PASSENGERS ALONG THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked the ride 4 weeks in advance from LAX to Laguna Hills in a private car. I received several confirmation emails in the days prior to our arrival with the time we agreed on. Upon landing I received a text saying the driver was on site and to call the number when we had our bags. I called the number and it was the office dispatch--not the driver--and was told the pick up time was actually 1 hour later! After flying for 12 hours, needless to say I was not happy. So after receiving 6 emails and 3 texts confirming my reservation for 10am at the LA cruise port to go to LAX, there was no ride waiting. We called their customer service line as the two cars they had sitting outside the port were for cash hire only at double the rate we paid. Customer service said the driver was on the way and claimed the reservation was for 1030. We arrived at the cruise port looking to go to LAX. We were able to disembark the ship earlier than our scheduled pick up time. One of the members of our group had a flight change and needed to be the airport a bit earlier than our second group. Our pick up time gave us adequate time to get to the airport. We thought as a service to our driver we would contact them and let them know we were ready for them. This is when things went sideways. Try someone else first! After two text confirmations at midnight and 2am they called at 3am to cancel our reservation at 4:30am. Reason? They didn't have a car. Flight was at 6:45. Full refund but needed at ride instead. Worthless, never using them again!
