My mother was scheduled to use your shuttle this evening to catch her flight at LAX. She was standing outside for 30 minutes before she contacted my sister and I who live out of state. This reservation was made weeks ago and we received multiple email confirmations TODAY regarding the pick up time. My sister tried contacting you guys via chat and phone. Stupid and no Service. They called 1 hour after the time the shuttle was suppose to pick me up from LAX to tell me the shuttle is canceled and not coming. The car is broken and they don't have a other one...just stupid people on the phone, still didn't got my money back. I have no Idea how a company like this can survive just a week in this Country...crazy!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE...btw there is no Service!!!

Unbelievably horrible service. I booked online with them. I received an email 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time notifying me that they canceled my reservation. When I called for an explanation it took them 45 minutes to call me back. The person could barely speak English and said they didn’t have enough cars. I will never use them again.

The customer service sucks, I made a round trip reservation, they told me pick up time 4:50 a.m., then it changed to 4:57 a.m., received a text today stating that the shuttle will now pick me up at 5:25 a.m., my flight boards at 6:40 a.m. on Christmas Eve, by time I get to the airport go through security check points, I will have missed my flight. They were no help at all, I ended up paying another $20 dollars to get the exclusive ride instead of the share ride and I cancelled my returned trip ride with them. Will not ever u... read more

Do you not use PrimeTime! I booked a pickup for 4 passengers, with 8 pieces of luggage from John Wayne in early November for December 22, they did not show up and when I called they said they had no drivers in our area, this after I had received an email earlier in the day from them confirming our reservation! They left us stranded at 10 o’clock at night! Luckily we were able to find a shuttle service at the airports ground transportation. Unprofessional and unreliable!

DO NOT use this service! I made the mistake of paying in advance for their shuttle to take me from LAX to my hotel and back. I get to LAX, no shuttle! No attendants, nothing like they advertise! I was unable to reach anyone by phone, sat on hold for 25 minutes and gave up. One hour after my pick up time, I caught a ride with Super Shuttle (Awesome Service). HORRIBLE SERVICE. They called at the time the shuttle was suppose to arrive to tell us the shuttle is canceled and not coming. We need to find another way to get to the airport. We missed our flight, ruined our annual family trip. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

DO NOT USE! We waited over an hour after our pickup time. The driver contacted us an hour before pickup and stated that he had 2 passengers to pickup. Our pickup time was 3:45pm. At 4:32pm driver contacted us and said another passenger JUST LANDED and he was waiting for them and for me to be patient. We ended up getting an Uber costing us $90 on top of the $90 we paid for our reservation that we never got!
