One of the worst operators I’ve dealt with. Cancelled our booking after debiting $192USD. Booking cancelled within 90 minutes of pick up for two cars. Called the support line - no understanding, no explanation, totally useless. Then told our refund will take 3-5 business days to process.
Keep in contact with the customer and pick up on time. After my experience this week, I will never use this service ever again!!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I have to leave this one. The website looks great, we thought we would be getting amazing service. We appreciated that they had an "On Time Guarantee". We got picked up at LAX on time, but the van we got picked up in was pretty junky looking on the inside. The driver got us to our destination, but drove like crazy and was on his phone the whole time. On our return, we got picked up from the Long Beach port. Port where cruise ships arrive. Where should I begin? First, hold up to your end of the service agreement by having a customer service line that does not keep waiting for pickup passengers on hold for 1 HOUR. Second, have some integrity about yourselves, if your service sucks...SAY THAT. Thirdly, after using the service for more than 5 years.....never, ever, AGAIN,
Terrible experience with PrimeTime. I’ve used them heaps of times over the years and this was by far the worst experience ever. I will NEVER use them again. Booked a return shuttle to and from LAX months in advance. The reservation was confirmed the day before I left. Pick up was meant to be 4:05. i made reservations with prime time to pick me up at John Wayne Airport. friday morning I changed my flight time with them. I arrived 10 minutes later than expected. when I checked thier app the original arrivsl time was all thst wss there. I called customer service and all they could was lie about thier arrival time. I have been waiting now 2 plus hours and they keep changing the time. they have apologized and keep saying it is an IT problem. this is beyond unacceptable I will never use thier service again.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVCE!!!!I had a reservation, made and prepaid several days in advance, for a pickup to airport. They cancelled my ride 20 minutes before pickup date saying simply :we can't pick you up. THEY set the original pickup time. I paid for and they charged my card several days before. I wnearly missed my airplane. They know my flight number as I had to input it. I had less than 2 hours to get to the airport 30 miles away, with no ride. This is not the first time
