We have been waiting for over 1.5 hours phoned twice still no shuttle has arrived Disgraceful service they just keep telling me to keep my phone line open and they will get a shuttle here when one is available
On the 28th of April I booked a ride for me and waited for over 4 hrs to be picked up from LAX international terminal by the “D “ and no one showed up . Very bad service . I then took a bell cab to my address in Chatsworth CA which cost me $115.25 reported this and claimed this plus the $45.00 they charged. I am a Veteran and was here for Medical treatment at West LA medical . To this day this cheep crap company hasn’t called me or refunded my money. Don’t ever use them they don’t care . Terrible service! Left me at the airport waiting for hours despite booking in advance. When I called them the operator was so unhelpful! Another lady waiting told me she had waited 2.5 hours! Awful awful service !!!
Waited 2 and a half hours for a shuttle. Received the wrong instructions about where to go in the terminal. Absolute joke of a service!
My driver was late by 45 minutes. He had called dispatch for another driver to pick me up, but they didn't have anyone. He recommended me call to complain and not be charged for the ride. I called 3 times, each time I was told that a Supervisor would call me in 3-4 days. that NEVER happened. I finally sent an email, and received a response the next day, that I will be refunded by 25% only, BECAUSE I COMPLETED THE RIDE! i had to complete the ride, I had no other way to get home! Very disappointed in your service. My 93 year old mother inlaw used your service for our cruise on April 4th to San Pedro and return to LAX airport on April 13th. You were late on April 4th, finally after numerous calls you sent another driver. On April 13th this was the worse service ever. Our pickup at the pier was scheduled for 940am and the driver showed up at 1025a. He said his pickup at the airport was delayed due to the airline losing someones bags. left standing for 2 hours at LAX being told 5 minutes then told you need to start again cost me$65in phone costs as only had international phone and they took up to 10 minutes to reply without the add assistance of Officer Gardiner who helped me for 2 hours I would have been very stuck I would not recommend anyone to use this very poor service
Waited for shuttle for 2 hours to show up. Went around the airport looking for 2 more passengers. Never found them. What's worse, the suv smelled like vomit and sat on traffic for 2 more hours to head back to Orange County. Never using them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE.
We were picked up on Sautrday 4/13/19 from LAX for a ride to Loz Feliz. Our driver was late, we had to call to find out where he was and when he was coming. We were a group of eight, two families with 4 well behaved children ages 11-14. The van smelled musty and rattled loudly. Our driver sped in the carpool lane at 80 miles an hour for the entire ride.
