My reservation was for 645pm it is now 904pm.. they didn't have a van for my group of 9 people, we reserved 4 weeks in advance and it was FULLY paid for. In the group I have 2 elderly women 2 small girls. We flew in from our vacation from mexico. Mind you none of the adults had slept at all. The girls were exhausted and no one has had dinner yet. Finally the supervisor comes over and explains that there are no available vans but she will find one for us from a different company. She would refund our money. I am now sitting i... read more

Please do not travel with Prime Time. Use a more reputable shuttle operator. If you prefer to be disappointed, frustrated and angry choose Prime Time.

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! We had booked this service to take us to the airport 22nd September 2016. Our confirmation email states pick up for 6.10. They never showed up. So we ended up paying $38 for their fare online and a further $80 for a taxi narrowly missing our check in time! Has also not offered any refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Was supposed to be picked up at 5 and it is now 6:30 and still waiting. Attendant is of no help either. Never again

Worst airport shuttle service ever used. Use anyone else but Prime Time Shuttle. Even walking from the airport with your suitcase would be a better and probably quicker experience. Don't waste your time or money.

Terrible service. DO NOT USE! Better chances of getting where you need to go with Super Shuttle. Unbelievable!

Was not impressed. Paid a premium amount for a private shuttle, was booked for 7.25am collection. I had already checked with the company before leaving home of the process and had been told to go to the Prime Time sign and check in with the person there. We got to the sign at 7.20, there was no representative and no shuttle. We were eventually collected approximately 8.10 after another driver texted the supervisor. We booked a transfer for 05:30am on Saturday to go to LAX with this joke of a company! We were in the lobby at 05:10 just to be on the safe side as we didn't want to miss our flight. 06:00 rolled around and still nothing. My partner rang their "customer service" phone, another joke! Dispatch answered, said they'd sent a car and we weren't even staying in the hotel. Well no, there was definitely no car, and we were definitely staying in the hotel!
