They were an hour late and then cancelled my shuttle making me miss my flight they had no one working live chat AT ALL and everyone on the phone was incompetent then they refused to refund me despite the fact that they didn't even show up I'm doing a chargeback with my bank I will never recommend them they're all apart eye incompetent fools

I wish I was allowed to give zeros stars. Waited at LAX for 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive from the holding pen just outside the terminals. The first shuttle simply no-showed. The attendant tried to reach the driver to no avail. Finally had to request a second one which arrived within 15 minutes (which is timely). Supervisor, not knowing that we already knew the first shuttle went AWOL, insisted that a 45 minute wait was appropriate and normal. Horrible. Twice I have been left standing curb side as a single woman after 10pm alone at the airport... Paid with a confirmation number! After waiting on hold for 20 minutes from the curb, they tell me there is no van in the area!! So absolutely unacceptable! Worst service on record!!

This is Chenglong Zhou, I made reservation PT1869064 on 2016-06-30 for a 9 people private can pick up from LAX to Chino Hills on 2016-07-02 11:40 pm. It is 12:00 am on 2016-07-02 now, which I called prime time shuttle to ask there is the pick up van. Agent rose, ext 0041, has informed us there is no van available for pick us up. We have 9 people and stucked in the airport. Agent told me they can either refund the money or wait until 7:00 am in the morning for the next available van. Made arrangements 3 1/2 weeks before service was needed. Was talked into 2 private vans totaling 13 passengers with luggage. Arrived at LAX at 9:06 pm and got to baggage claim by 9:45 pm. I tried to check in while family members were getting luggage and was told all luggage had to be picked up and ready to go. 5 of the passengers were kids ranging from 1-13 so car seats were required. An absolute joke of a company. My family made a reservation to be picked up at LAX and when we got out to the stop, we waited over an hour and saw other people leave. My family and other parties were left stranded outside LAX and told "no vans are coming." When your company's premise is to pick people up and they don't pick people up, especially those that have prepaid, that is STRAIGHT UP STEALING. Never using this service ever again.

El chofer llego a LAX 2 horas después de la hora que dice la reservación. El agente del aeropuerto solo decía que no había camionetas disponibles para dar el servicio de transporte privado que contrate y pague con anticipación. Llame 6 veces a los teléfonos de la confirmación y nunca contestaron ni regresaron la llamada. Tuvimos que hacer otros arreglos para poder llegar a casa. Ordered 3 vans waited over an hour to get the van to come for 25 people. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their motto is "On time or it is free!" Haven't received our money back yet! DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY! Zero stars if possible.

I would give no stars if possible. They did not pick me up at all, even though, they charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation. When I called customer service they were no help. Will always take Uber from now on...almost the same price MUCH better service.
