Thursday night, June 9, LAX: No shuttles, packing everyone into shared rides when they paid for designated vans, the rep at the pickup spot refusing to give people estimates of when their shuttle would arrive (waits of 60-90 minutes) and she also apparently has anxiety attacks when people stand near her. My review is too generous after tonight. I paid for private shuttle (round trip). First half was ok but my return home. Well I waited 30 minutes to be told I had to find another form of transportation. And there I was at LAX with 2 kids under 7 at 11:30pm. Enough said, hope they refund me my money

The service has really disappointed us. Dirty vehicles, late pick ups. Long routes to the airport that could have been avoided if the driver would have taken my advice. Not worth the money or time spent.

I had one of the worst experiences with a shuttle service from LAX to my home last week. It was a total of 7 stops & 5 were in the same vicinity..welp me & another guest weren't in that area & ended up being on the shuttle for 3 yes THREE hours & I was the last drop off. Shuttles are suppose to pick up guests going to the same area or else what is the point of booking a shared van. Very bad, horrible company. Pick up time was 7:30 the van did nt show up u til 8:42.
This company is disreputable, does not provide service as claimed, and lies to its customers. I had reserved & prepaid round trip LAX transfers. After waiting over an hour at LAX, the agent finally told us there were no transfers available. Then they charged us a cancelation fee, which they agreed to refund but never did. My bank reversed the charge on my Visa after I filed a complaint.

POOR NON EXSITANCE on 5-14-16 we were not p/u at the airport. Left stranded Ordered a ride on 3-29-16 # SL8927063. Started waiting at 4.30 pm and finnally had to take a taxi home at 5.42pm. A bill for not picking us up will follow. $36.95 for no service and $120.00 for the taxi ride home If no response to said bill to be mailed to your office. Small claims will follow. Bruce Ungles

I wish I would have read these reviews before booking!! Our trip to LAX last night was a joke - Original P/U was at 6:25pm - I called and changed it to 6:00pm due to the possibility of TSA delays - they told me the could do 6:05pm and sent a text to confirm with the driver's cell #. I also asked them to note that the name of the hotel itself had been changed from The Ramada to The Grand Legacy at the park, and they said they noted it. I couldn't give them a zero, so I'm give a one. Shuttle for over an hour and a half late. Customer service people hang up on you if they don't want to talk to you. Nobody give you an update and the system that's supposed to track the shuttle is not working. Don't book PRIMETIME under any circumstances.
