Don't use #primetimeshuttle. They left me stranded at LAX after waiting an hour and made me pay out of pocket for a Super Shuttle and wait for a credit card refund. Like any other they should have working agreements with other companies. Also was told no more vans were avaibile after waiting an hour. I watched a total of 4 vans drive by. Horrible service

I would recommend all people to not use this service , it was the worst ride we have ever had. The driver of Car 777 can use GPS , tablet and mobile phone all at once while doing almost 100mph on the freeway. My wife wanted me to ask him to stop and let us out. Stay away from this service if you wish to arrive at your destination in one piece.

Don't waste your time booking this shuttle. We missed our flight to Orlando from LAX because we were picked up almost an hour late. With rush hour traffic, obviously, we missed our flight. We re-booked our flight (shout-out to Delta for their excellent service) and what was supposed to be a direct flight ended up being a 2-stop flight. It was SO tiring! They are great picking you up at home but bad picking you up at airport been waiting 30min from pick up time it's best you use lyft or uber it will cost about 10.00 more if you don't want to spend all day at the airport

First time experienced to booked on prime time shuttle they come late 30 mins ! Pick up time 4:05 pm they came 4:30pm going to lax !

My guest almost missed her flight due to Prime Time Shuttle...despite two confirmation texts from them at 4:40am for 6:55am pickup...they did not bother to call or text that there was any defect/delay... Numerous calls were placed out to them on our end, being put on hold, disconnected, hung up on, etc. They were non apologetic and rude when asked and when asked to explain, offered "will escalate to supervisor who can respond by email". This piece of cr@p is getting worse and worse. From long wait at the airport, to misleading van numbers and offer no apologize for waiting at the curb side for an hour. Told us the initial van number, and shift changes. Then the new guy found out the van had left airport. Resulted waiting at the airport for more than hour. Then when the driver went to pick up the last passenger. They over load the van, and one customer had to sit in the van floor!!! Was that even legal? NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY! If there was a lower rating I'd choose it! We have been using this company for more than 3 years and if I had my way we would have stopped after our first trip. They consistently changed reservations without customer approval (i.e.- we were flying out of LAX, live 1 hour plus away and had to check in our dog to cargo so our reservation reflected that time needed. Very bad service had to wait more than an hour. Many super shuttle vans came and went. Not a single prime time. This shows how bad American service is. DONT CHOOSE PRIMETIME
