Prime Time Shuttle was convenient in that it allowed me to add a tip when I booked the shared shuttle (as I didn't want to deal with giving cash to the driver). I booked a shuttle from LAX to the Princess Cruise terminal at San Pedro. After the cruise on Dec. 5th, there was no Prime Time sign outside the cruise terminal but another terminal worker pointed us in the general direction. driver arrived 30 minutes early, which for some is ok, but if you are not ready........, and he was rude aggressive,not just to us, but others on the same shuttle .driver did not load all our luggage onto shuttle, so now 1 suitcase has been lost forever, with irreplaceable 60th anniversary Disneyland souvenirs, they will not accept responsibility or compensate what was lost, will NEVER use this company again.

This was our first time using Prime Shuttle. We were very pleased. We were going from LAX to San Pedro docks. Both drivers both to and from were very pleasant, efficient, and good drivers. I would definitely recommend Prime Shuttle and will use it again if we have the opportunity. Great value!
We just used Prime Time Shuttle for the first time to go from LAX to Anaheim and return. The service was very good. On our return the driver was early picking us up which we appreciated. Our only concern is the fact that we had prepaid the tip and on our return from Anaheim to LAX the driver said he did not receive it. Either he wasn't given the money from Prime Time or he was hoping for another tip from us.

outstanding service, we booked prime time for mexican prince cruise. We met w/ pt rep. At terminal, van quickly arrived, van was full but very comfortable. Dropped off at hotel rather quickly. We reserved private van for way back to lax, it was there waiting for us, driver Greg very friendly and made our trip to lax very enjoyable. Will definitely book again.

We rented a Prime Time shuttle to pick up the family and a ton of luggage. Our driver was right on time with a very early pick up. It was smooth and easy. Great way to get to the airport with lots of people and lots of luggage!
Shuttle Driver was very friendly and was a great careful driver.
