WORST COMPANY EVER. Use UBER instead. Highlights of my experience: 1) Shuttle arrived 1 hour late 2) Prime Time Shuttle employee (either driver or lost & found employee) stole cash from wallet inside fanny pack left on shuttle. 3) Sara Hawk promised somebody in management would get back to me to make "right". Never happened. Will never use again and I strongly recommend you read others reviews before deciding to entrust these clowns.

I'm sorry for your loss, but we had other passengers on the shuttle after you and we cannot know for sure who got ahold of it. We do our best to return any lost items a passenger leaves on a shuttle, but unfortunately, we cannot control the actions of other passengers. I apologize again for the inconvenience.
Horrible company. I was yelled at by the curb attendant, waited in the cold for my shuttle that was an HOUR late with NO explanation other than "the driver was held up at terminal 1" (I know LAX airport, its not possible to be held up for an hour at ANY terminal). The driver then made another loop through the airport and stopped at EVERY terminal (regardless if people were getting picked up), got out of the van and chatted with the curb attendants! Why bother with this "service" ... We're on shuttle number #682 besides being late for our pickup time of 2:20 , we didn't get onto the shuttle until 3 pm. It's 4:50pm and I'm not near anywhere we live, and we have only made two stops. Uber, public transportation would have been better. And please have a policy of sick people to sit in the front. Coughing and spewing germs all over. I know it's the asshole who was coughing and not putting your hand over your mouth.

They will take the reservation, confirm it repeatedly, have to fix the reservation when they book the wrong vehicle. Then when you arrive at the airport, they string you along as if they have a van for you but it never comes. And they don't know where it went! "Fend for yourself" is a great way to do business. They know how to take a reservation and your money, but little else. Airport "supervisors" have no information where the vans are. We booked 3 shuttles during our recent LA visit - never again. The drivers were all rude and with extremely bad attitudes. On the contrary our experience with uber drivers in LA were all positive. We will uber in future!

Primetime Shuttle is HORRIBLE! We reserved a private van with them weeks ago. They sent me two emails confirming our reservation in the past 72 hours. We get to LAX and tell the guy we are here, and he calls for the van. 15 minutes later, no van. He tells me they are looking for one that will come back from Burbank. Wha? What did I prepay for? Then they tell us, after we have been waiting for over 45 minutes, that there will not be a shuttle tonight, we are on our own. What???? At 11:40pm at night we find out our reservation... read more

I have never seen such incompetence or disregard to human respect as to what this company does. Shuttles are in very bad shape, if they show up. On the way in it took them 40 mins and on the way out it took them 2 hours 35 mins. Despite sending 3 text messages confirming my reservation, it turned out they were were not working at thay hour. Employees thay check you in sat down inside their un marked black car, after they showed up 1 hour late. One playing on jewels on their phone and the other in the back.
