The driver was early and there were no major issues until we got to Anaheim Hills. The houses are all tucked in from the road, it was dark and hard to find addresses. That part of the trip took longer than it should have even with a gps. The rest of the pick-ups were no problem. The driver was attentive and polite. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time for my flight. I would use PrimeTime again.
I used Prime Time twice, first following my arrival at LAX in mid-November and then during my departure from LAX in early Dec. Both vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers were courteous and professional. Despite the usual late afternoon freeway congestion, my arriving driver got me to my destination in less time than I had anticipated. As a repeat customer, we experienced something new. At pickup time, a PriusV pulled into our driveway and not a shuttle bus as expected. The driver had all the proper information but at NO TIME DID WE NOTIFIED THAT A CAR was the pick up vehicle. The pickup time was changed to 15 minutes earlier and we got 4 emails notifying us of the change but no one notified us of a vehicle coming vs the shuttle van. The drivers are much better and more considerate than the other airport shuttle company. I have no complaints and recommend Prime Time anytime.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. After posting the below review last week, I was asked by the company to provide my booking details so that their failure to pick me up, despite my pre-payment, could be investigated. Unsurprisingly, they have not made any further contact and I very much suspect that their 'apology' and commitment to investigate my complaint was nothing more than a PR exercise.
