Never ever book a private PrimeTime shuttle!!! They were over 40 minutes late picking us up from LAX. The whole point of giving them your flight info is so they know when you land. We had to sit outside and breathe in exhaust fumes and cigarette smoke. And the driver's excuse? "Well, I texted you. Sorry, but I try my best." Maybe next time you should pick up your effing cell phone when we call you 4 times. And it wasn't even a shuttle; it was a large run-down SUV. Very clean vehicles, eazy to find the agent at LAX. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. No hassles at all. Very prompt, hardly any waiting time. Economical. Half the cost of cruise ship shuttles. Safe drivers and very clean as opposed to other shuttle services I have used in the same area. I highly recommend and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Arrived at LAX at 6:45am to check in for a 7:15am shuttle. A gentleman showed up and checked is in, said 15-20 minutes our shuttle would arrive. It is now 8:18am, and my shuttle has arrived. This is the WORST business to get transportation from. I would recommend using anyone else for your ground transport needs.
I used PrimeShuttle for the first time to get from LAX to Anaheim on Nov. 25,2015. It was a good price for the distance I was travelling. I would not necessarily discredit the service immediately, but for my first time it was less then ideal. It took a very long time for the shuttle to get to my pick up spot and pick everyone else up at the airport. The driver was early, and courteous. We had the same driver in and out of the airport and he was fantastic
