Great service at a reasonable price. Vans were acceptably clean, with courteous drivers. Our only complaint was the confusion and apparent lack of organization at the pick-up point. The check -in clerk seemed very disorganized, with no listing of existing bookings for that cruise, and spent an inordinate amount of time calling dispatch to order vehicles which should have been waiting at our scheduled pick-up time.

The Prime Time driver was waitiang for us as we exited the cruise ship in San Pedro Harbor. He was extremely courteousand his privately-owned Lincoln SUV was in immaculate condition. When I tried to assist him in loading our suitcases, he asked that I allow him to do the work. He was a very good driver, and we arrived at our home in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Prine Time to our friends and neighbors. THANK YOU Prime Time for a job well done.

The shuttle is always prompt and keeps reminding you gy sending you a couple of texts. The drivers are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The vehicles were very clean and dropped me off and the exact location. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
Very good experience! Expected a shared van and a sedan showed up. Driver Robert could not be better! He made it 5star!
Eddie was on time, entertaining, and very cordial. Excellent ride! Will definitely use again!!!! :-)
The driver was early and we were ready. The problem was that he should have picked us up second instead of first.The second party wasn't ready and if he had been second, he would have been closer to the freeway and would not have to battle Ventura Blvd to get on the 405 Freeway. A better knowledge of the entrances instead of using GPS would have helped him.
