The driver was kind and funny. Sorry I did not laugh a lot but was very good and comfortable space.

I've used Prime Time Shuttle twice now. The first time was just okay but the second time everything seemed to be pretty much perfect. Van looked very clean, great guest relations and they were early and let me know they were at the hotel.

Drivers were just great and on time. On our return from the Long Beach Cruise Terminal I did have trouble finding the coordinator. There is no longer a Prime Time desk and I passed the coordinator a couple of times before one of the drivers pointed her out to me.. She was wearing no identification like a Prime Time T-Shirt or Jacket. The Super Shuttle coordinator was real easy to spot with the Super Shuttle logo on her jacket.
Waited more than 1 hour when we arrived in LA even though we booked an exclusive shuttle. Tried them again a few weeks later and waited 40 minutes for our next exclusive shuttle. I think they just don't have enough shuttles to deliever the services they offer! Was very poor.

Top notch! Our plane was 20 minutes late to the Burbank airport, but the driver waited for us and got us to our Santa Clarita home efficiently through rush hour traffic.

Have had nothing but good luck with this company. They were there when they said they would be. I found that if I booked online it was a lot more than when I called or just went to one of their stops at the airport.
