Non-dependable, unresponsive, and will drop you like a bad habit without excuse. Paid for reservation 2 1/2 weeks ago for pickup at LAX. Last night I got bumped to a flight following my scheduled flight due to an airline emergency. I called PrimeTime to update all flight info at 3:45pm PST as suggested on instructions but got put on hold and forgotten, then called and got busy signal, then called third time with recorded message asking me to leave message with trip update info which I did. Worst ever shuttle from Anaheim to LAX. Driver was 30 minutes later than scheduled time. He did not have a step stool to enable me to get into the shuttle. He ate some crunchy food all the way to LAX. I called Prime Time to request a step stool for the return trip which they would not guarantee me after being cut off twice on the phone. I cancelled the service and called my son to pick me up instead. The shuttle showed up anyway.
Driver was not where expexted, did not introduce himself, seat belts squeaked, but took only 14 minutes to get from LA to Anaheim with only 10 friendly fingers/salutes along the way. Driver changed radio channel 3 times while driving and often drove in 2 lanes along the way.

I have found Prime Time Shuttle to be pretty consistent. Some drivers are more entertaining than others, but most importantly they get you to the airport on time. I like their communication system which I think helps people be ready on time thereby making everybody on time to the airport. I have been using the shuttle for 4 years since my son started at USC.
Booking online was easy and straightforward. After receiving an email stating my reservation was being handled by a different shuttle (shuttle2lax), I was totally confused when I arrived into LAX. After sorting it out with the 800 number, I checked in with the representative at 6pm for my 6:15 shuttle. I watched about 10 shuttles come and go until finally the rep told me he didn't know what was going on and that I should call the 800 number. It came 20 minute early ti pick us up. Aside from that, all good, smooth ride, no problem.
We took the Shuttle today to go to LAX from home. The driver was on time and curtious. The sedan we rode was clean. It was a pleasant way to start our vacation.
