One thing I really liked is he was on time! Actually he was 5 min early.

I had an unfortunate start to an otherwise very satisfactory trip. I was booked for a 7.30 am pickup and waited from 6.45 to 7.45 for anyone to show up having followed instructions. The problem was the supervisor who did make his usual rounds to see who was waiting. Once clarified the service was excellent and I look forward to an event free return trip. Prime Time is 'on approval' at this time, but I expect they will come through. My hopes are up.

I'm giving Prime Time Shuttle a 5 star review due to the fact our driver was very professional, conscientious and extremely cautious on the road while traveling from Burbank to the LAX airport (which is not an easy thing to do in LA). We were very pleased that he picked us up a little early and got us to the airport in a timely fashion so we would not have to hurry to make our flight back to our destination. Great job!!

Our driver was on time waiting for us. He was friendly and helpful. We didn't have to worry about parking or shuttle busses. It was a great experience. Would recommend it highly.

Trip out took forever to get to my destination. Trip back was quicker.

My wife and I reserved shuttle to pick us up at midnight from Ontario Airport and take us to Victorville. After our plane landed at 12:10 we went out to meet the shuttle, and we waited for an hour. We called customer service, and they told us nippy cancelled our shuttle at 11:30 because they did not have an available driver. They did not send us an email nor a voice mail letting us know this leaving us stranded at the airport at midnight. If I could give 0 I would. Pre booked the shuttle online. Waited over 2 hours and was told no vans were allocated or would be allocated. Their suggestion was to wait and see or get a taxi. I was told you may get a van, you may not. Note that I had already paid online. Called customer service and it told me to leave a voicemail. Thankfully another customer arranged for us to get in his shared van and the driver agree to drop us off. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I made a reservation at LAX today. Pick-up point is easy to find and staff was helpful. But it took me nealy half an hour to get on the van and another 20 min to circle World Way and pick up other passengers.
