This is the second time that I have used them. We were picked up on time for the trip to the pier. However, the drive kept circling the airport. They had me going to the wrong pier and didn't change it for my return trip. The drive on the first leg acted a little agitated and hurried. On my return trip, we were not picked up at the scheduled time. We made it to the airport on time. All in all I would use them again.

We got where we needed to go in a timely manner. The pick-up was very easy...outside the baggage claim. The drop off was right out front of our hotel. Love the app that tells you where your pick up car is at when you are waiting. Very helpful.

My driver was on time and very nice. Sorry, I don't remember his name. Coming back from a long trip to Europe, I caught a ride at LAX very quickly and was headed home. So glad Prime Time was there.
Used to be a fan with many trips but last three have taken almost an hour for my shuttle to arrive. I'm currently at LAX. It's been forty minutes since checking in with no car in sight. I think this will be my last trip with them.

No shuttle service is ever perfect, but for the price and the convenience, I was very pleased. I'd definitely use them again.
I had a very good experience, the driver was very cordial. He got us to the airpsad safely and on time.
