Do NOT use Prime Time Shuttle's private sedan service! They will send a driver that is either drunk, exhausted, or just an extremely terrible and dangerous driver... not sure which but he should NOT be on the road! He swerved in and out of lanes, almost side swiping several cars and the median multiple times. I literally feared for my life, and am still shaking as I write this. And DON'T try to call and speak to a manager at Midnight, because there isn't one on staff until the morning to even deal with serious issues. I hope... read more
I made a shuttle reservation for two people yesterday. I called today to try to cancel one leg of the trip, and was hung up on. I tried using the live chat and was disconnected during the chat several times. I got "Dianna" each time, and apparently she didn't like me. I emailed to just cancel my reservation since this poor customer service experience doesn't really make me hopeful that the shuttle ride will go any better. My first and only trip ever to L.A. When I got into LAX, I had not scheduled a ride yet with anyone at that moment in time. I was lucky enough though that a Primetime shuttle driver was nearby, had room in his van for me and was going to the hotel where I was staying. I used the internet to book my return trip to LAX. Conditions allowed my driver to arrive about 10 minutes earlier that I expected, so I arrived back at LAX with plenty of time for breakfast before my return flight back to my hometown of Chicago.
Prime Time Shuttle completely forgot our pickup. I spent over 30 minutes via online chat before being told that the driver screwed up the times, and the shuttle wasn't even on the way. I was promised that a manager would contact me and that a refund would be processed. 13 days later, that still hasn't been processed. I initiated an online chat request about 20 minutes ago, and of course, they won't answer me now. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Terrific service! My driver was at Ontario before I was and called me to warn me about construction and direct me to the taxi area where he could pick me up. Quick efficient and SAFE trip to my destination. Thank you Prime Time Shuttle and especially thank you for your professional drivers who look out for everyone's safety.
Very efficient. Arrived for pick up exactly on the time booked. Very courteous and helpful driver. Felt safe with the driving through the traffic. Got to the airport earlier then expected
Used Prime Time for first time and was very impressed. My driver pulled up in a town car, not a van, which was very refreshing. She was very professional and personable. Will definitely use Prime Time from now on.
I was expecting the Van and a couple of stops on the way to LAX. It was early, 4am, so a nap or conversation was the order of the day. I was surprised to come out to the car and find a Prisus? I have ordered town cars in the past before, but I was taken aback when I saw this. What was different was the size of the car.
