Excellent service. Driver was polite, courteous, on time and very friendly. Vehicle was impeccable, comfortable and luxurious.
Not one of the worst.. THE WORST! Just don't use this service. I want my money back and even more for making everything else late.

Coming home from the airport was great. The driver was a delight and right on time. Going to the airport on the 7th was another story. For some reason our driver was very late (more than 15 minutes) and never gave an explanation of why. It made me very nervous. Honey Franke

Junk!!! Will guarantee a ride to the airport, but they can't guarantee a ride home. Stranded at the airport at 10:30 pm with wife and 2 daughters. Watched 30 people get picked up by Super Shuttle and waited 45 minutes to be told there was no van for our family. Had to take a cab home. I even prepaid for the return ride. No sympathy from airport attendant or customer service representative. It seemed that this was a normal occurance for them. Not worth the risk with this company. Awful customer service to top it off.

There was quite a wait at the airport in the international terminal. But they did have our reservation.

Maybe we just hit a bad day but I read the reviews and that is the reason I chose PT but never again: the contact at LAX was rude, the driver was frustrated or appeared to be and the route was a lot of back tracking. We were on the shuttle an hour & 1/2!

Pick up was on time, driver was pleasant, ride was efficient, and had no problems! I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!
Judy an Bill - Our experience with Prime Time has been excellent with the pick up early morning driver and the "Go Sedan" for my late arrival to LAX. Wonderfully kind and helpful.
On my outward journey they were great, instead of a bus they sent a car with a very helpful driver, however on my return journey from LAX I was kept waiting for almost one and a half hours. I was not happy as I had been on a 11 hour flight. The driver was very helpful even though I complained about the service. Not sure that I will use Prime Time again. May try another shuttle service next time to make a comparison.
