have used the service many times before and no problems. This time however was different. the ride to the airport went to Fullerton and the Long Beach airport. we live in Diamond Bar. very long drive. our return trip was horrible. our flight was 1.5 hours late arriving at 11:30pm. we notified the company and waited and waited. We got off to a rocky start, as it took 3.5+ hours from the time I walked up to the shuttle stop at LAX at 4:25 until I was dropped off at the Woodland Hills Marriott at 8:00 p.m., exactly the time my conference's evening event started. I had expected to have at least 2 hours after arrival to get into costume, and had no time at all, and was late to the event. The drivers I have had were friendly, but frankly the driving itself scared me. During the drive from the airport, we almost had an accident. I, previously, had a good experience so I used PrimeTime again to return to the airport. This driver was also a bit reckless, but we did make it there on time.

My driver was very friendly and professional. I neglected to ask his name but he was a very good driver and we had a pleasant conversation along the way.

on arrival to LAX a primetime shuttle stopped didnt have room for us even though we had pre paid within 20mins an attendant drove around and we were then told our pickup was 10 mins away as our flight was delayed by 14hours I had trouble on the phone trying to let the comapny know this otherwise was a great service

Horrible service...takes way too long. We had to wait for over 3 hours from checkin to actually getting home...driver stopped for personal business on the way and also had to drop off 5 times prior to getting to our home...I will never take again, I feel like they owe me my money back!
