The driver was very helpful I am in a wheel chair. I love it the send us a text they be at on time to pick us up.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was picked up at 4 am for a 7:10 am flight didn't arrive until 6:10 am. Won't be using them again. When I called to complain I was "disconnected" 3 times.

After 4 years of being a loyal customer, I have dealt with 2 cancelations in the last month. One was a shuttle to an 8 am flight, and they canceled the shuttle, causing a scramble. The most recent cancelation was an arrival at LAX. My flight was delayed at home, and arrived at LAX later than 11. Upon arrival, the PT employee told me she would fix me a shuttle, despite it being after 11. Prime Time provided excellent service from beginning to end. The driver arrived promptly on time at 4:30 a.m. and we arrived in perfect timing to Union Station and had time to stop for Starbucks coffee!! On the return, I received a call from the Driver letting us know they were in the area and wanted to know our expected arrival time to Union Station!! Perfect timing again!! Charging a customer a cancellation fee even though I cancelled within a few minutes of placing the reservation. That sounds like fraud to me. Horrible customer service and I hope people start to see what a fraudulent company you are. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Usually I have had excellent service from Prime Time. Going outbound from LAX was just that excellent - this time. But the return was horrible. This was not the driver's fault but the dispatcher's. I was supposed to catch the shuttle at 9 pm but my plane was late and I hurried to the Prine Tine stand and arrived about 9:3O pm. I waited with someone else going To my destination until 10:15. Driver was there right when we came out of the airport. He was quick, very pleasant and we were the only riders so we arrived home very quickly.
Excellent driver. So courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this shuttle service.
